Effective January 01, 2026, Osage County will begin enforcing the Open Records fee schedule for documents produced under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
Fees may apply for copies, reproduction, electronic records retrieval, and other direct costs as allowed by law.
Osage County is committed to transparency and accountability in how public funds are managed.
The 2022, 2023, and 2024 State Audit Reports for Osage County are now available for public review. These audits provide an independent review of county financial practices and compliance with state requirements.
We understand audits can raise questions, and that’s okay. Members of the public are welcome to contact our county offices if they would like clarification or have questions about the information included in the reports. We are happy to help explain what you’re seeing and how the county addresses audit findings.
