Notice of Open Records Fee Schedule
Effective January 01, 2026, Osage County will begin enforcing the Open Records fee schedule for documents produced under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
Fees may apply for copies, reproduction, electronic records retrieval, and other direct costs as allowed by law.

Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Now Open
The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, SFMNP, is now open for applications. This program helps eligible seniors access fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables through participating farmers' markets in Oklahoma.
Who may qualify?
You may be eligible for the program if you:
- Are age 60 or older, or age 55 or older and Native American
- Are a current Oklahoma resident
- Meet the 2026 income guidelines listed below
