Notice of Open Records Fee Schedule

Effective January 01, 2026, Osage County will begin enforcing the Open Records fee schedule for documents produced under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.

Fees may apply for copies, reproduction, electronic records retrieval, and other direct costs as allowed by law.
