The Osage County Court Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining the official records of the District Court, processing legal filings, and ensuring the smooth administration of court-related services. Our office is committed to accuracy, transparency, and accessibility in all judicial matters.
Marriage Licenses – For inquiries, please call 918-287-4104 and ask for the marriage license clerk.
Court Records & Case Management – Recording, filing, and permanently maintaining all proceedings of the District Court, including Civil, Criminal, Probate, Juvenile, Domestic Relations, and Small Claims cases.
Appearance Dockets & Transcripts – Maintaining the official appearance docket for each filed case and preserving word-for-word transcripts of court proceedings submitted by the Court Reporter.
Fee Collection & Court Fund Management – Collecting fees for licenses and court costs, ensuring proper deposit and management of funds.
